My laptop sees no available WiFi networks. In normal usage, I see ~7 networks. Running ipconfig after a network drop shows that the media state is “media disconnected” I must reboot or run the Windows network diagnostics tool to recover. I then see the networks again. Running the network diagnostics tool reports it “reset the adapter”.
